Our consultation and hospital fees
Our consultation fee remains the same price regardless of the time of day or night, with a small surcharge on public holidays.
If your pet requires surgery, medications, or veterinary procedures, we’ll provide you with an estimate of costs up front.
Your pet’s treatment
With the help of our veterinary team, you’ll always make the decision about your pet’s treatment. When you arrive, we will triage your pet and provide any immediate life-saving veterinary care. We will always discuss these costs with you, unless it’s an emergency situation.
- One of our vets will then perform a comprehensive examination of your pet
- Following this, they will discuss their recommended treatment plan with you and provide an estimate for the treatment
- You’ll be the one to decide on how treatment proceeds
Should your pet require a stay in hospital with us, a small deposit will be required based upon the estimate of the chosen treatment.
If any unexpected complications arise, or your pet requires a longer stay in hospital, our team is committed to working within your budget.
The remainder of the treatment cost is due when you come to pick up your pet from us.

Pet insurance
Unlike us, our pets don’t have their own Medicare subsidy program. We recommend taking out pet insurance to help with the cost of veterinary treatment.
