PERTH VET EMERGENCY

We Are Compassionate About What We Do

Perth Vet Emergency is a critical care hospital for small animals. We are a trusted leader in animal emergency care in Perth

Our team of emergency veterinarians and nurses are here 24 hours to help both you and your pet when you most need them. Being a 24 hour emergency hospital means we are available to offer veterinary treatment to all companion animals when your Primary Care Vet isn’t available.

After Hours Vet and Critical Care Vet Services When You Need It

No appointment is necessary. We see all pets as fast as we can in priority of the severity of their injury or illness. The most critical patients must be seen as a priority. If your pet is critical, please contact our animal emergency centre in Perth prior to your arrival so we’re adequately prepared.

Due to the nature of our expertise, we do not provide vaccinations, microchipping, non-emergency desexing or treatments that can be scheduled with your pet’s Primary Care Vet. If you would like more information about caring for your pets, please have a chat to our friendly staff about the PVE First Aid Book available for purchase.

The staff at this practice are absolute saints. Although my boy didn’t make it through, the staff were so compassionate and comforting throughout the process. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you for taking care of Boris in his final hours, we will never forget.

The genuine concern and care for our cat was extraordinary. It was such a relief to be greeted by Rosie who looked after our Spencer. She came out to the car first to check him and then carried him into the surgery so gently. Tristan the vet was also very caring and careful and everyone explained what they were doing and why which is also comforting. It’s good to know there is an emergency vet clinic so caring and understanding of both the animal and the human needs.

Perth Vet Emergency have been amazing and I could not fault them in anyway throughout the process of my puppy being unwell. Every person that I spoke to was very pleasant, patient and respectful at every stage. I am really appreciative of how I was treated and the level of care that my puppy received.

My dog ingested black nightshade (cases are rare), but the vets thoroughly researched best treatments. They answered the 10,000 questions we had, sent us updates and photos and encouraged us to call at any time during the night if we wanted to. Truly capable hands and fantastic AH service. Highly recommended. They saved my little girl and her liver.

I unfortunately had to euthanize my cat here on Christmas day 2018. The staff here were simply amazing on the day and showed my pet and I so much compassion and understanding. I cannot thank the staff enough for how they helped me through the process and for the wonderful correspondence I received from them after the event. They truly did make the horrendous experience as bearable as they possible could. Thank You so much girls, you are truly a blessing to us animal lovers.
